Concord Group has handed over apartments at Syed Tower, its 36-unit residential project located on Road 14 in Dhanmondi.
The company has delivered more than 1,200 projects over its operational history, positioning itself as an established developer in Bangladesh's residential sector. Syed Tower reflects Concord's strategy of integrating community amenities into residential developments.
The project occupies a 20 katha plot and comprises apartments ranging from 2,740 to 3,200 square feet. Common facilities include a party lounge, gymnasium, landscaped areas, parking, lifts, security monitoring, and fire safety systems. Architect Mahmudul Anwar Riyaad designed the project, while the handover ceremony included apartment owners, their families, Concord's managing director, and senior officials.
