Amari Dhaka has launched 'Five Days of Grill,' a weekday dining series at its rooftop restaurant Deck 41 showcasing regional grilled cuisines with daily themed menus.
Deck 41 offers panoramic city views paired with chilled mocktails and à la carte selections across its grill offerings. The programme runs Sunday through Thursday, each day featuring a distinct culinary theme and regional specialty.
The series begins with Thai Grill Sundays, highlighting Thai barbecue mixed grills of chicken, shrimp, and lamb. Shwarma Mondays presents mixed chicken and lamb shwarma platters, followed by Sizzler Tuesdays offering prawn, lamb, chicken, and vegetable skewers. Wednesday brings Turkish Kebab night with mixed turkey, chicken, and lamb kebab options, while Seafood Grill Thursdays features grilled fish, prawn, and squid. Platters start from Tk2,200++.
