ACFE Bangladesh Chapter Establishes Interim Board with Mohammed Iqbal Hossain as President

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) has established an interim Board of Directors for its Bangladesh chapter, with Mohammed Iqbal Hossain assuming the presidency and Miftahul Zannat taking the secretary position.

The ACFE Bangladesh Chapter aims to enhance anti-fraud education and strengthen professional collaboration in combating fraudulent activities across Bangladesh's public and private sectors. The chapter aligns with the global ACFE mission to promote best practices in fraud detection, prevention, and investigation.

Twenty-five founding members gathered in Dhaka on 25 September 2024 to establish the chapter, comprising 11 Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs) and 13 Associate Members. The group is committed to promoting ethical practices and safeguarding organisations from fraudulent activities while advancing corruption prevention across various sectors.
